Goods damaged

  • Customers must inspect the ordered goods for damage upon receipt. If damage is found, please notify us by emailing support@carshongkong.com within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement. Our company reserves the right to refuse replacement of goods that have already been signed for.

  • CarsCarCare (Hong Kong) Limited's online store is committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you find any quality issues with the products after receiving them, please email the relevant order number, reason for refund, and photos of the products to support@carshongkong.com within 7 days of receiving the products. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Each online shopping order can only be returned once.
  • Items not related to quality issues are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • In our sole discretion and under exceptional circumstances, we may refund payments made online. These refunds will be returned to the credit card used for payment, and the process will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Earn points
